Born in Finland, but raised in several countries, I truly feel like a citizen of the world. An active and resourceful child, I realized at the young age of 15 that coaching was my calling. After spending three decades coaching different sports ranging from children’s athletic teams to international level equestrians, I learned that the human mind can be a powerful tool in achieving our true potential. Through life-long self-development and education I evolved into a life coach, who is committed to helping others find their true potential.

I have a life-long love of horses and an interest in equestrian sports as well as other sports such as gymnastics, floorball and soccer to mention a few. Athletic coaching, especially that of children and youth is close to my heart. In addition, I love moving my own body, be it through Bikram yoga, Pilates or running. I balance my physical activities with my passion for literature and writing.
